Important Notice :
The course fees includes ILM certification (£60) which upon first assessment submission . Should the 1st assessment is not met the passing mark the participant will need to bear for the subsequent fees incurred .
In the event of any natural disaster such as earth quake , strikes and force majeure or any emergency and any traffic condition , the organizer reserves the right to change and announce of the changes of the course schedule via our official website or any official social media . Shall the participant fail to attend due to the above conditions, the fees will be refunded 100% .
Refund Procedure
Shall the contract is arbitrarily terminated due to personal factors ,the fees is not refundable or transferrable to third party . In addition , RM20 administration charges will be imposed .
(1)Shall he/she cancel the course two month before the course starts , 100% of the course fees shall be refunded within 30days and RM20 of the administration fees shall be imposed.
2)Shall he/she cancel the course one month before the course starts , 80%of the course fees shall be refunded within 30days and RM20 of the administration fees shall be imposed.
3) Shall he/she cancel the course two weeks before the course starts , 70%of the course fees shall be refunded within 30days and RM20 of the administration fees shall be imposed
4) ) Shall he/she cancel the course 7days before the course starts , 100% of the course fees shall be forfeited.
Shall any class do not meet any minimum requirement pax , the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the class at its own discretions and a notice will be published through our official website,official social media and personal message . The course fees will be refunded 100% within 30days.
Important Notice
(i) Confirmation letter will be sent out to those successful registration . Please along your identification card upon registration . No seat booking shall be made . You are encourage to make early registration during the class.
(ii You are required to bring your own stationery and notebook .
(iii) All participants are required to follow rules & regulations set by the organizer . Smoke and alcohol is strictly prohibited .The organizer reserves all it rights to stop him / her ,shall he / she breach the rules and regulations.
(iv) Video and photoshooting is not allowed .You may request the training materials from the organizer when it necessary .
(v) Training materials will be given by the organizer during the class .
The organizer reserves the right to change /amend any rules & regulations without prior notice .
